PLEXIGLAS® at Light+Building
One example is PLEXIGLAS truLED®, which was specially developed for modern LED technology and makes it possible to cut energy costs. The material diffuses light excellently, which means that fewer light sources are required to provide high luminosity than with conventional acrylic. This enables electricity savings of up to 40 percent. PLEXIGLAS® EndLighten, a light-diffusing, transparent acrylic, also offers optimum luminous efficiency at comparatively low energy input. It is particularly suitable for edge-lit luminous displays and luminous frames.
